Parent & Tot

Give your little one their first introduction to gymnastics. This is a fun way to focus all of their extra energy into beginning to learn all the gymnastics skills they'll need later on. Parent participation is required.

Preschool (1hr long)

This is a beginner class designed specifically for 4-5 year olds. They'll learn all of their basic gymnastics skills in an age-appropriate and safe manner.

Level 1 (1hr long)

This is a beginner class for kids 6 and older. The focus in this class is on performing basic gymnastics skills, shapes, and movement patterns that will lead to more advanced skills.

Level 2 (1.5hr long)

COACH INVITATION ONLY. This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the required level 1 skills, and are ready for the next step in their gymnastics training. They will continue to perfect their body shapes and skills, while also learning more advanced skills.

Tumbling Level 2

This class is for gymnasts, cheerleaders, or anyone else who wants to improve their tumbling (floor work only). Level 2 tumblers have a strong mastery of their round-off and are working towards or already have their round-off back handspring.

2hr Team

COACH INVITATION ONLY. This class is for gymnasts who have excelled in level 2 and are ready for a greater challenge. 2 hour team gymnasts have the opportunity to compete if they wish, but it is not a requirement.

3.5hr Team

COACH INVITATION ONLY. This class is for gymnasts who have excelled in 2hr team and are ready for even harder skills. 3.5 hour team gymnasts have the opportunity to compete if they wish, but it is not a requirement.
